7.1 EON

Hauppage WinTV has DVB-DATA application that allows to specify data-link settings.

7.2 Netsystem

First you need to install VPN capabilities.

In addition you need to download Netsystem software (always foreground spot banner) and launch it: after you should not be able to use Netsystem service: you can download it from here
